  • Estimated Quarterly Tax Payment Calculations and Deadline Reminders

  • Year-End Financial Statements

  • Annual Federal & State Income Tax Preparation for Business & Personal - includes basic deductions such as home property taxes, education, child/dependent, medical expenses, and retirement

  • Annual Secretary of State Report, as applicable

  • Discounted Consults throughout the year 

Limited To:

  • Single-Member LLCs and Sole Proprietors (Independent Contractors)

  • 1 business bank account and 1 business credit card account

  • Less than 50 transactions combined for the two accounts

  • Auto-deduct payment authorization on file - will authorize the monthly fee to be auto-deducted on the 1st of each month
